Discover my story and commitment to helping you achieve lasting health and wellness transformation through mindful movement and sustainable nutrion.
Hi! I'm Lindsey - a NASM-certified personal trainer, TRX group fitness instructor, and longtime coach with a B.S. in Exercise Science from BYU. I've always believed that strength, movement, and good nutrition are key to living fully — not just looking good, but feeling amazing from the inside out.
Growing up, I played competitive club soccer and earned All-State honors in track while also playing varsity volleyball and basketball. After an ACL injury sparked my curiosity about the science behind fitness and recovery, I dove into exercise physiology and never looked back.
I've worked in the fitness industry for over two decades — from hiring and training instructors at 24 Hour Fitness headquarters to leading strength classes at the Provo Rec Center since 2018. I specialize in functional strength training, mobility, athletic performance, and helping you dial in your nutrition so you can feel and perform at your best.
I live in Provo, Utah with my husband and four kids. I'm also an avid reader and love running — it's my moving meditation.
Whether you're here to get stronger, move better, or feel more confident in your body, I'm here to coach and support you every step of the way.
Let's work together to discover your strength, build confidence, and create lasting wellness habits that will transform your life.
